The following guide will facilitate your selection by providing information pertaining to your function:

Includes:
  • We ask you to give us a general idea of the number to be served, at least two weeks in advance. A firm commitment and guarantee is required five (5) days in advance of your function. No guarantee changes will be accepted seven (7) hours prior to the funct
  • We take great concern in seeing to every detail. Please check the planning meeting space chart for your preferred seating arrangement.
  • A gratuity charge of 18% will be added to the total of the food and beverage bill and 7% government tax.
  • A 75% deposit is required for the total estimated charges 30 days prior to the activity.
  • A 25% deposit will be retained for cancellations within 15 days prior to the function.
  • A 50% deposit will be retained for cancellations less than 15 days prior to the function.
